Refund policy

At Daily Compounds, every fragrance is carefully curated, packed, and dispatched. This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may be issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on www.dailycompounds.com are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except in the limited circumstances described in this policy.
2. Damaged Products on Delivery
We take great care in packaging and delivering your fragrances, but if your order arrives damaged, we're truly sorry — and we'll do our best to make it right.
To raise a damaged-product claim, you must:
- Email us at hello@dailycompounds.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach a clear, unedited video of the parcel showing the product with the unopened seal intact, along with visible damage.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Claims raised after 48 hours, or without the required video evidence, will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Replacement Process
Once your claim is received, our team will review it and confirm eligibility. If approved:
- Our shipping partner will arrange a pickup of the damaged product from your delivery address within 7 working days from the date the issue is reported.
- After the damaged product is collected and verified, a replacement will be dispatched and delivered within our standard delivery timelines.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the returned product shows signs of tampering, use, or does not match the original item delivered.
4. Refunds (Where Replacement Is Unavailable)
If a replacement cannot be provided — for example, if the item is out of stock or discontinued — we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirming that a replacement isn't possible.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery:
- The upfront amount paid at the time of purchase is treated as a non-refundable deposit.
- If the order is returned to us — whether returned by the customer, refused at the time of delivery, or marked undeliverable — and the balance COD amount has not been paid, only the balance amount (if any) will be refundable. The upfront deposit will not be refunded.
6. Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to process replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- Minor variations in fragrance, colour, or packaging that are inherent to the product.
- Damage caused after delivery, due to mishandling or improper storage.
- Claims raised beyond the 48-hour window or without the required unboxing video.
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal tampered with (except as evidenced in the unboxing video).
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed.
8. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any concerns, disputes, or grievances regarding your order may be addressed to:

9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
10. Policy Updates
Daily Compounds reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
