Orders are dispatched within 4 working days (Monday to Saturday). Post dispatch, delivery takes 2–5 business days for most metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations.

If you receive a damaged product, we’re so sorry! We take care in delivering your items, but if items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@dailycompounds.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a video of the product with an unopened seal.

We will try our best to replace the damaged product as soon as possible. Our shipping partner will collect the damaged product from you within 7 working days from the date of receipt of such issue. Once we have confirmed the eligibility of your request, our shipping partner will deliver the new product to you within our delivery timelines.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We don’t call ourselves a sustainable fragrance brand because there is still so much we’d like to improve - both for our brand and the industry.

However, we have been intentional with the way we source natural ingredients. The use of LMR naturals in our products gives us access to IFF’s international sourcing and production network, which remains committed to upholding sustainability and respect for all stakeholders across its value chain. This includes the use of harvesting techniques to improve working conditions and yield, vegetal production to secure access to vegetal resource and optimize good agricultural practices with lower carbon footprint, and proprietary renewable extraction processes that are patented by IFF. IFF’s in-house agronomists are further improving the company’s environmental footprint through close partnerships with global suppliers.

In general, the packaging world isn’t up to our standard, and we are constantly working to find new and more sustainable packaging solutions that align with our vision for less waste. This is a particular area of growth for the Indian market. Our ultimate goal is to minimize waste and environmental impact, while still providing you with products that work, last, and smell incredible.

Wherever possible, we use product packaging that is recyclable and reusable. We have avoided the use of foam within our discovery set and 10ml boxes, and we seal with recyclable cellophane. However, we have a long way to go – for example, plastics are used within our pumps and caps so our ambition is to develop fragrance refills, ensuring the life of our products is extended. Bio-cellophane, which is fully biodegradable, is harder and more costly to source in India but we are working towards it.

We still have a long way to go in cutting waste, but we’re hoping you’ll stick with us for the journey.

That depends on your personal defiinition of 'clean'. Our fragrances are phthalate, sulphate, paraben and nitromusk free. However, we would caution from only looking at which ingredients we are ‘free from’.

We continue to use synthetics and we do not label ourselves a ‘clean’ fragrance brand since the definition of clean is subjective. The terms comes with much fear-mongering around ingredients that are not regulated or tested thoroughly. Alcohol isn’t always ‘bad’. Nature isn’t always ‘good’. What you might think are the most sustainable or non-allergenic ingredients, may not live up to their lab-made counterparts.

We prefer to go down the route of transparency - sharing the why behind the ingredients we include or exclude, and the science behind it. You are then free to decide what is important to you.
